A gig ‘thermometer’ is on the outside Gig Shed wall so that you can follow our progress with the money raised towards the new gig.

Also Louis Mitchell has made a wonderful collection money box which will be below the thermometer for anyone feeling generous who passes by, to donate to the fund.

Feb. 2008: The total raised to date from fundraising and the very generous donations is around £25,000. We still need to find another £10,000 to fund the building of the Gig, trailer, shed, oars, pins etc. Consequently we have a big programme of events to achieve this figure.

ADVANCE DATES FOR YOUR DIARY:

ECO FRIENDLY SHOPPING BAGS ON SALE AT THE SPAR

Jane and Peter, at the Spar shop in Ruan Minor, will be selling our linen shopping bags with Gig Club logo. They have generously offered to donate 50p for every bag sold to the New Gig fund. These bags will be on sale for only £3.99

"Wonders of the Deep". Graham has donated 10 prints to us. One of them was auctioned at the Pint, Pasty and Sing night so we have 9 left. We are asking £30 each for them. CC has them at home in Cove Cottage if anyone wants to buy one. There great and fun.
