Held
over the first bank holiday
weekend in May, the annual pilgrimage
of gig rowers travelled to the
Isles of Scilly for the 15th
World Championship event. 2
of our own gigs, Buller and
Rose of Cadgwith joined another
90 or so gigs (ours, now one
of the heaviest!).

then thick sea fog came in.
All other races are currently
postponed, the situation will
be reviewed at 4 pm. Sounds
like much the same tomorrow,
shame would be ideal otherwise.
