you know phone videos are not a full 25 frame a second,
so try not to get them to jerky, unless that's part of it,
eg. someone falling out of a gig! lol
try
to keep them under a minute long, and check
format, if you could tell me size pixels and
file info, as some phones have different ways
of saving files, I know my Mio sav-nat phone
can save it differenly to my Samsung SGH D900
